J/24

About the Boat

J/24 is for everyone, anytime, anywhere...

In 1975, one man desired to design the most competitive racing boat which would also accommodate his family on board and this led to the creation of the world’s most popular keel boat. This sailboat provides smooth sailing for individuals aged 12 to 80, no matter what your style: racing, daysailing or cruising.

The J/24’s flared topsides make her dry on deck. Her "weekender" cabin makes it possible to get warm on cold days and she can be sailed easily by one person with only the mainsail.

It has been selected by International Sailing federation (ISAF) for many championships around. It is easy to sail for even novice sailors and the speedster kicks up in even the slightest breeze.

The J/24 class has more than 50,000 people sailing 5,300 boats worldwide; is established in nearly 40 countries with well over 150 active fleets; and is still considered the "gold standard" for modern one-design keelboats around the world. It is the world's most popular One-Design keelboat as measured by hulls produced.

J/80

About the Boat

J/80 sailboat is a high-performance 26-foot keelboat with spinnaker that can be sailed by families, kids and friends. The advanced composite construction ensures that for its size, the boat is faster, lighter and stronger than its contemporaries, which is why it has become the best-selling sportsboat in Europe. The J/80 has become a popular choice for sailing schools too; the large cockpit and easy to handle components enable enjoyable and sociable teaching on a spirited performance boat.

The J/80 is also the only sportsboat that is certified for offshore sailing and capable of over 18 knots, yet designed to sail under just the mainsail to cruise with friends and family. Sailing World magazine rated the J/80 as easier to handle, less intimidating, safer and better suited for sailing offshore than other modern sportsboats tested.

The most important standard when it comes to sailing in open waters is stability. The J/80’s 650kg lead keel weighs nearly the same as the leading competitor’s entire boat.

If you would like to expand your sailing horizons with a modern sportboat in open waters outside protected harbors and lakes, your best choice is the International J/80 one-design class sailboat.

J/88

About the Boat

The J/88 is a 29 feet mid-size family speedster with stability, style and sailing comfort. It hits the sweet-spot in J Boat’s performance sprit range – large enough to provide the creature comforts of a sit-in cockpit, inboard diesel, overnighting interior and head; and small enough to be single-point lifted, owner trailered and stored. Design highlights include a high-aspect, non-overlapping sail plan (no genoas) with a carbon fibre, double-spreader mast – deck stepped for easy rigging, tuning and keeping the main cabin dry.

On deck, the daysailing comforts include a spacious T-shaped cockpit, with seating and backrests forward of the floor-mounted traveller and a wide-open cockpit aft due to the tiller-steered, transom mounted high-aspect rudder. Adding to J/88’s ease-of-sailing characteristics is an in-deck jib furler, retractable carbon bowsprit and cockpit-led sail controls.

The J/88 re-defines what versatility means in an under 30’ sailboat -sleek look, super quick, great combination of sail power and stability, low maintenance, huge social cockpit, easy to single-hand, push button diesel, below-decks head, deck-stepped carbon mast, single-point lift – the list goes on.

J/122E

About the Boat

The J/122 is designed to be a fun, fast, efficient racing and cruising sailboat that can be sailed by a couple, double-handed or with a full compliment of crew on-board. It is a versatile 40 foot performance sailboat with comfortable live-aboard accommodations, a refined deck layout, low VCG keel with a moderate 7.2' draft. Developed with and built by J/Europe in France, J/122 is distinguished by a well-executed high quality interior, a non-overlapping sailplan configuration that helps simplify the deck layout and sail selection. A setback headstay with furler are recessed into the deck to maximize the jib luff length while retaining the convenience of jib furling from the cockpit. Plus, the simplicity of an asymmetric spinnaker flown from a retractable carbon bow sprit, that makes it easy to achieve near peak performance with minimal crew effort.

The J/122 cockpit is ergonomically optimized with a floor mounted traveler, below decks mainsheet system, offshore seatbacks, remote backstay adjuster and an available removable transom storage dock box that allows one to increase cockpit storage for cruising or convert back to a lighter race mode in a matter of minutes.

Since their introduction, J/122s have quickly set the performance standard for dual-purpose 40 foot racer-cruiser sailing yachts both inshore and offshore. Racing against the latest 40' competition, J/122 continues its ability to win in all conditions around the world. No other 40 footer has equaled its unique ability to win in light air, flat water to heavy air and enormous seas on any point of sail.
